Assistant secretary of the Army for Civil Works with a Detroit District hydraulic engineer

Jim Selegean, a hydraulic engineer with the Detroit District Army Corps of Engineers met Jo Ellen Darcy the assistant secretary of the Army for civil works. Both were attending the 33rd PIANC world congress last month.
