Little Bay De Noc, Gladstone Harbor and Kipling, Michigan is located in Lake Michigan at the northern end of Green Bay, about 100 miles northeast of the City of Green Bay, Wisconsin. The project was authorized by the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1962. The existing project provides for a channel from deep water to Kipling Dock, 2,400 feet long, 200 feet wide, and 24 feet deep and a width of 550 feet in the turning basin.
