OBSTRUCTION REMOVAL AND SURVEY OPERATIONS

LAKE HURON - ST. CLAIR RIVER

LAKE ST. CLAIR - DETROIT RIVER - LAKE ERIE

 

 

During each navigation season, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' cranebarges along with survey vessels and attendant plant, perform obstruction removal and survey operations in various Federal navigation channels of Lake Huron, the St. Clair River, Lake St. Clair, the Detroit River, and Lake Erie.

 

2.  Mariners are urged to use extreme caution and reduce speed when navigating in the vicinity of these operations.

Fleming Channel Surveys sheet 5 of 7 from June 2009

Fighting Island sheets 1-7 from September-October 2009

Detroit River Livingstone Channel Surveys are posted as they become available.
