- Review, coordinate and document field methods for conducting hydraulic flow measurements in the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System.
- Review, coordinate and document methodologies for computing flows in the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System, including stage-discharge relationships.
- Coordinate the development or modification of hydraulic mathematical models for international or IJC Board studies or activities.
- Determine and coordinate the monthly and daily flows and ice and weed retardation values for the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System, as appropriate.
- Document and disseminate coordinated Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System outflows, diversions and metadata
- Update and disseminate listings of all hydraulic models for the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System.
