  1. Review, coordinate and document field methods for conducting hydraulic flow measurements in the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System.
  2. Review, coordinate and document methodologies for computing flows in the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System, including stage-discharge relationships.
  3. Coordinate the development or modification of hydraulic mathematical models for international or IJC Board studies or activities.
  4. Determine and coordinate the monthly and daily flows and ice and weed retardation values for the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System, as appropriate.
  5. Document and disseminate coordinated Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System outflows, diversions and metadata
  6. Update and disseminate listings of all hydraulic models for the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River System.
