In an effort to improve and make our web site more responsive to your needs, the Great Lakes Hydraulics & Hydrology Office of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is re-evaluating the distribution, format, and information contained within the Channel Depths forecasts. Your participation in that effort would assist us greatly if you would complete the questionnaire below so that we may understand how best to modify the forecasts to better serve you.

The current Channels Depths Forecast is produced twice monthly. The forecast performed at the beginning of the month predicts the channel depths for the 5th and 20th of the current month. The second forecast, produced in the middle of the month, predicts the channel depths for the 20th of the current month and the 5th of the next month. Each forecast predicts what the channel depths will be a few days into the future, and roughly 15 days beyond.


4). How interested would you be in a forecast that predicts channel depths fewer
or more days into the future?
